banking, and a Fortune 500 retail company where he trained senior managers in leadership &
management development. He is currently the owner of Kanston Development in which he
advises businesses in the area of leadership and economic development to assist them with
strategic business development. Kanston Development is a certified MBE/DBE and
veteran-owned business. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University where he received
degrees in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, and Business Education.
