Hi, I'm Candice- I’ve been where you are.
For years, I was stuck in the exhausting cycle of yo-yo dieting. I’ve lost weight, gained it back, started over more times than I can count, and spent far too long feeling defeated, frustrated, and ashamed. I sabotaged my own progress with emotional eating, promises to “start again Monday,” and habits that never seemed to stick.
But everything changed when I stopped focusing on just what I was eating—and started understanding why.
Through years of trial, reflection, and finally, deep mindset and habit work, I found a better way. A way that honors progress over perfection. A way that includes self-compassion, awareness, and real, sustainable change. I’ve built healthier habits, learned how to respond to cravings without guilt, and made peace with food and my body.
Now, I help others do the same.
