I hopped on this programme a month and 2 weeks ago originally I was 5,4 and I stuck to kivos routines and surprisingly I’ve went from 5,4 to 5,7 which is unbelievable! I’m going to keep at it for the next few months and I’ll hopefully grow even taller!

So imagine if I stay consistent and stick too the routine . I won’t lie I been praying too God too grow taller too😭
