Welcome to TankTopToned TWO!! - a total reboot of my TankTopToned 30-day arms program... originally inspired by my most popular Instagram reels & tons of requests!!

TTT1 was my first program… and because I know that we all LOVE to work our arms, I wanted to bring you twice as many all new circuits with more great exercises designed to tone and strengthen our upper bodies.

I truly believe that you can get great results with short effective workouts that you consistently repeat. I want you to LOVE your arms and feel confident in your favorite tank top… again!!

All you'll need is some dumbbells and some space... in some of the circuits we don’t use equipment at all, some use light dumbbells and some use the heavier ones. Mine range from 2 to 10 pounds. Let's do this together and add in a daily walk to lower our cortisol and boost our mood. I know you’re ready!!
