Merchants can offer one time discount cancellation offers to their customers once they try to cancel. Providing a discount at the point of cancellation may cause customers to reconsider their decision and keep their subscription, so this is a great way to increase your retention rate!
To add a cancellation discounts to one of your pricing options, head to the products section of the dashboard and select a product. From there, you can select a product and open the pricing option settings of the option you wish to add a discount offer for. Note: Customers will only receive the cancellation offer once. They cannot "loop" the cancellation discount through continuous cancellations. Customers with existing discounts will not receive a discounted cancellation offer.
