The $20 is absolutely worth it. the amount you can learn on here is unreal you just need to dedicate the time ( which is why I haven't gotten a deal yet...

So far I've been learning something new that I never thought I would be learning about. Before this I had no idea wholesale realestate was a thing. Im still a bit lost but I am reading more and more about this and just getting all information possible.

There is plenty of useful information supplied by hold my hand wholesale and the team. You’ve spent $20 on dumber things. 🤷 But plan on spending $90/mo on PropStream as well!
The guys running the group are super helpful and constantly improving the teaching methods. The community is always active and there's nothing but people wanting to grow together.
