Absolutely amazing information and knowledge/community. Totally worth the $20. Only thing I would say is it is a very begginer school given it is only $20 and there is not a whole lot of structure to it.
Great info and talks, nice calls and examples. Though some livestreams Instructors have been no shows for weeks, might change the livestream schedule. And too much Spam in the Business Chat, this is just feedback not complaint. $20 a month is the best I have found for Real Estate entry!
The training is invaluable as is the proprietary software they have created.
The information you get here and the networking is phenomenal, Everyone helps each others out very good people in the server.

So far this group has been great! There are livestreams on a daily basis where you can learn and ask questions. There are also thousands of members with a vast knowledge base. They also provide plenty of information and training up front to help you achieve your goals.

This is a great way to learn wholesaling when you are a beginner. Most of the costs and transactions are handled by HMHW while we handle what is going to get a deal closed...talking to enough realtors & agents!!!
This program works, but it takes ALOT of effort to get a deal, almost like finding a needle in a haystack. You need to have the time and be consistent.
