I leave it at 4 stars rather than 5 because i see alot of community members struggle with onboarding but it's alot of self-teaching required to understand the complex systems that are in play in this industry.
no system is perfect but this group allows you smoothly begin REI( real estate investing) all instruction are clear and most include videos for examples this a solid a investment
