Not the greatest app... and very little content. I pay 10 dollars for way way more on other stuff... so very disappointing 😞

Price is a little high for what you get, but he had really good free content that hooked me. If he ever does a real program, I’ll consider it but needs to be pitched well. Got me on this one.
Disappointing. Information is often not accurate. Doesn't show all the properties that supposedly fit the search criteria. Sometimes "shortcuts" are not the best way to do research. Just use the proper filters in PropStream, and you should wind up in the same place -- if not better. HMHW overall th...
