This coaching is built for men carrying 20+ kg of excess weight who want real results without giving up their lifestyle. You don’t get generic meal plans or random workouts — you get a precise, structured system based on how fat loss actually works. The goal is simple: create a sustainable deficit, build strength, protect muscle, and rebuild your body with a method you can follow for life.

Training is short, efficient, and strength-focused. Sessions last 30–60 minutes and revolve around progressive overload to reshape your physique and increase performance without wasting hours in the gym. Cardio becomes optional, not mandatory.

Nutrition is flexible. Nothing is banned. You’ll learn to track calories accurately, understand macronutrients, and include the foods you enjoy while still pushing fat loss forward. You’ll develop a clear understanding of portions, hunger control, and how to make eating work even with a busy schedule, restaurant meals, or stress.

Support is continuous: weekly check-ins, adjustments, accountability, and real communication. No empty motivation. No sugarcoating. Just strategy, feedback, and ruthless clarity.
