This workflow runs smoothly even on weaker systems and does not require SeedVR2 or other complicated add-ons that make workflows slower and harder. Everything is optimized using the Ultimate ST Upscale node with carefully tested settings.

In this video, our main focus is on upscaling faces and portraits, because generating realistic skin texture is usually the biggest challenge for upscalers. We wanted to demonstrate the true power of this upscaler under the most difficult conditions.

However, you can upscale any style of image — paintings, anime, 3D renders, landscapes, cars, locations, abstract images, and more. This upscaler is extremely powerful, mainly because of the capabilities of Z Image Turbo.
