Making Healthy Normal is an online, self-paced nutrition and lifestyle workshop designed to help you understand your own habits and make realistic changes that fit your life.
Over the course of these 8 chapters, you’ll be guided in the development of your own personal action plan. A plan based on your diet and lifestyle now, and what you would like to change, and feel able to change. You’ll learn the roles of key nutrients, how lifestyle factors influence wellbeing, and how to make changes that work for you. The workshop includes a fillable, or printable, workbook that you can use for your notes and plan.
This workshop provides you the opportunity to review your own diet and lifestyle in privacy of your own space, at a pace that suits you. Reflect on what’s currently working (and what isn’t), and make informed decisions about which changes feel achievable for you.
