Amazon Sellers Boot Camp is an 20-hour, hands-on training program designed to take a brand-new (or struggling) seller from “I don’t know where to start” to confidently launching and sourcing profitable products.

Phase 1: Foundations Intensive (4 hours) In a live, step-by-step class, we build your Amazon business the right way from day one. You’ll learn how Amazon actually works and how to avoid the most common beginner mistakes. Topics include:

Setting up Seller Central correctly

Understanding fees, ROI, and what makes a product worth buying

Product/brand restrictions, ungating basics, and compliance

Listing fundamentals, FBA vs FBM, and prep/shipping workflows

Reality-based expectations: timelines, capital needs, and scaling paths

Phase 2: Weekly Tools + Sourcing Clinics (2× 30-min sessions per week) After the intensive, we shift into real-world execution. These small-group sessions are where you actually start building momentum:

Live walkthroughs of sourcing tools (Keepa, SellerAmp, Amazon Seller Central reports, etc.)

Deal analysis together: what to buy, what to skip, and why

Sourcing practice with feedback (your screen, my guidance)

Q&A on your specific roadblocks
