Unlike our other training sessions that utilize many types of equipment, devices, and other items, Low Impact Band Training focuses exclusively on exercises using resistance bands to provide low-impact exercise, tension, and resistance while promoting flexibility and strength.
Basic Sessions help establish a knowledge baseline for new customers and focus on exercises relative to your current capabilities. Sessions can be arranged in person or virtually.
Advanced Sessions are fully customized. They include everything in Basic Sessions plus the development of personalized workouts and a work plan you can implement independently. Advanced Sessions focus on developing your capabilities to ensure readiness for tryouts, competitive events, or physical exams. Over time, you can utilize your custom plan to reduce coaching costs or add value to your existing training regimen.
