4-Week Jiu-Jitsu Foundations Course This beginner-friendly program builds the essential fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu while developing both physical skill and mental discipline. Over four weeks, students will learn proper base, posture, movement, grips, escapes, sweeps, submissions, and basic self-defense through structured, progressive training. Each week introduces new techniques that build upon the last, combining control, balance, and timing.
Training sessions include warm-ups, mobility and conditioning drills, technical instruction, partner drills, and cool-downs for a complete learning experience. Emphasis is placed on leverage, precision, and awareness rather than strength or aggression.
Students also receive a Mental Discipline & Growth eBook designed to enhance focus, emotional control, and resilience. It provides guidance on goal-setting, mindfulness, and developing a calm, disciplined mindset to complement physical practice.
By the end of the course, students will move confidently on the mats, demonstrate a solid understanding of foundational positions and transitions, and apply key Jiu-Jitsu concepts effectively.
