Low Le has over 20 years combined of experience with Drawing , Designing , Reference Study , Tattooing Practice , Tattooing Theory , Instructing and Teaching.

Not only is he the FOUNDER of Tattoos Unlocked , He also has owned and ran many successful Tattoo Studios , worked in many Tattoo Studios and runs an In Person - Art & Tattooing School for the last Decade.

He has a deep understanding and knowledge of the Practice and Development of Art & Tattooing techniques and principles.

He has guided and trained MANY Artists and Tattoo Artists alike throughout his Career.
