Perfect for athletes looking to get a taste of TSLCO jump training. This will prepare you mentally and physically for ploy-metric work, practice and meet day routines. This pass grants access to a full weekend of TSLCO jump training (2–3 days, 3–4 hours per day). Participants receive a 1-month Green Card membership to continue their training after the weekend. Learn high jump, long jump, and triple jump fundamentals, and get an intro to our mechanics-based approach.
