Join our women-only Zoom sessions where we meet once a week to talk openly about real-life safety concerns, learn practical self-defence strategies, and support each other through shared experience.

Whether you’ve dealt with uncomfortable situations, want to feel more confident walking alone, or simply want to connect with other women who understand — these sessions are for you.
