My name is Sean, when I was younger around the age of 15, I was extremely skinny, since then I have made significant muscle gains and put on over 30KG naturally! This was a pretty rough 3 years of my gym career putting on this weight, I have an extremely fast metabolism. Maybe you do too! You could have a fast or slow metabolism, but I can guarantee that I will fix that with my understanding, getting to know you on a personal base and my knowledge. I know exactly where you are coming from, I am great at placing myself into other shoes. I always got bullied for my skinniness and HATED my body, I know exactly what it's like to step foot in the gym for the first time, extremely weak and skinny. If you are willing to grow those muscles, follow me and I promise I will help you reach your goals of either getting shredded for Summer or bulked up like a grizzly bear for Winter.
