A: Unfortunately, we do not have any accomodation for deaf people at this time.

Q: Do you guys give back refunds or what is your policy for that?

A: No, we do not give back refunds and we do not have trials. Part of the reason is we have a lot of research and analysis that can be studied and taken. We have a proven product with orientation to help train the customer to use our services. Most people who follow along tend to perform above average. Of course, trading is extremely difficult so it requires a lot of focus and attention.

Q: Is there a private Twitter account for option & equity trades or do you need to be on discord to use the service?

A: You will need a DISCORD account to use our services. We do not have a TELEGRAM or any other programs.
