The journey begun back in 2017 at the hype of a raging crypto bull market. Like most people, I was blindly throwing money into anything and everything. At the time I did not know of the harsh reality that was to quickly follow. Needless to say, I was buying the coins off those who had already been in from the beginning of the bull market and was left holding their bags, licking my wounds as prices began to nose dive. This prompted me to learn about trading so I would not experience the same uncomfortable feeling again. Hence. like everyone else, I begun to search the internet for guidance and came across my first mentor, established and run by a successful crypto trader. So I thought! Unfortunately, all the education provided within the group was basically a cut and paste of the popular forex website “baby pips”. But one good came thing came of this experience...I discovered Forex! Back to the drawing board. This lead me to find my second mentor Matt Todd from TCG. Through the experience and guidance of this group, I soon discovered “my way” and slowly but surely begun to turn the tide on my unfortunate initial experiences in trading. I soon discovered the importance of having a plan, creating a solid set of rules and executing on what “I see” not what “I think” will happen. Once I had learnt to stick to my rules I became a consistently profitable trader. I trade primarily XAUUSD and GBPJPY. I also trade BTCUSD and NAS during the NY Session. My journey has been a long and expensive one. But one important thing I learnt along the way was to never give up and follow the plan! Success is just around the corner!
