Content was great, but stream only played audio
It's very overwhelming, too much information lot's happening
Not so clear how to put into practice everything. Not working for me. And Synthesis IA could work better (I tryed multiple times to creat a course about heath and wellbeing but I didn´t manage to crate what I wanted even if I gave the promt of what I wanted)
