Open Ontology is a platform for creating structured knowledge systems and turning them into powerful, reusable AI tools. You can generate private ontologies for your own projects or contribute to public ontologies that the entire community can expand together. Everything is structured, organized, and built to grow over time.

The platform supports full ontology development: you can generate new ontologies, create workflow ontologies for specific tasks, and build reasoning templates that define how an agent approaches a problem. Ontologies can be expanded in any direction. You can add new entities, create deeper subdomains, or discover missing knowledge that the AI brings to the surface.

Once your knowledge base is ready, you can build custom AI agents from it. Choose the core intelligence ontologies, pick your domains, select workflows, add reasoning templates, and export your agent as a ZIP or a single text file. The result is a portable world model that works in many AI systems.

All actions on public ontologies run through a queue. This prevents two users from running the same job at the same time and keeps everyone from wasting tokens on duplicate work. You can bring your own API keys for OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Groq, or Deepseek, and you can set your own token limits for each action type.
