In-person coaching sessions focus on running and the technique, form, posture and body position which will reduce the risks of injury and lead to immediate, measurable increases in speed.

For new clients, basic sessions establish a knowledge baseline to determine initial goals and capacity to perform specific workouts for running. For returning clients, basic sessions focus on perfecting the workouts already learned in previous sessions.
šš±šš®š»š°š²š± š¦š²ššš¶š¼š» (š šµš¼ššæ ā $šš¬š¬) Includes the benefits of basic sessions and in addition, focuses on the development of customized workouts and a work plan, which the client can implement independently. Over time, they can utilize this plan to reduce the costs of coaching or add value to their existing regimen.
