In-person training and conditioning sessions are typically held at public parks, clubhouses and outdoor tracks. These sessions involve minimal running. Rather, they are focused upon the drills and exercises that utilize resistance, balance, body awareness, body control, alignment and velocity to increase speed.

For new clients, basic sessions establish a knowledge baseline to determine initial goals and capacity to perform specific exercises. For returning clients, basic sessions focus on perfecting the drills and exercises already learned in previous sessions.
