In-person training and conditioning sessions are typically held at public parks, clubhouses and outdoor tracks. These sessions involve minimal running. Rather, they are focused upon the drills and exercises that utilize resistance, balance, body awareness, body control, alignment and velocity to increase speed.
šš®šš¶š° š¦š²ššš¶š¼š» (šÆš¬ šŗš¶š» ā $š±š±) Most relevant to athletes who need an introductory or 'refresher' session. For new clients, basic sessions establish a knowledge baseline to determine initial goals and capacity to perform specific exercises. For returning clients, basic sessions focus on perfecting the drills and exercises already learned in previous sessions.
šš±šš®š»š°š²š± š¦š²ššš¶š¼š» (š šµš¼ššæ ā $šš¬š¬) Includes the benefits of basic sessions and in addition, focuses on the development of a customized training plan, which the client can implement independently and over time, utilize it to reduce the costs of training or add value to their existing regimen.
