It retrieves checkout and customer data using Shopify GraphQL and REST APIs, including customer name, email, and phone number. The workflow formats this data to create personalized WhatsApp messages containing recovery links and a discount code. Customer phone numbers are verified via the Rapiwa API before messages are sent.

Verified customers receive a personalized WhatsApp message with a direct cart recovery link and a 5% discount code (REOXXER5) to encourage checkout completion.

All outreach attempts are logged in Google Sheets, tracking verified and unverified numbers, sent and not-sent messages, and contact status.
