WinTopo
WinTopo is a basic program which can be used to convert raster images to vector
3D Visualization: Viewing data in 3D. Annotation: Creating labels, symbols and other annotations. Clipping: Extracting features from an area of interest. Contour Generation: Creating contours from DEMs or other data sources. Digitizing: Creating vector data from paper maps and other sources. Exporting: Exporting data to multiple formats. Georeferencing: Aligning vector data to a coordinate system. Merging: Combining lines and polygons into a single feature. Polygon Creation: Generating polygons from data sources. Polyline Smoothing: Smoothing polylines to remove jagged edges. Projection: Transforming data between different coordinate systems. Raster Conversion: Transforming rasters into vector data. Shapes: Creating circles, rectangles and other shapes. Splitting: Splitting lines and polygons into separate parts. Vector Editing: Editing vector data from scanned maps, aerial photos and other sources.
