End-to-End Sales Support for Insurance Producers
We provides a dedicated Personal Insurance Assistant who functions as an extension of the Client’s sales operation. The Assistant’s role is to increase production, improve close rates, and protect long-term revenue by aggressively managing appointments, leads, follow-up, and the Client’s book of business.
Key responsibilities include:
Controlling the sales calendar to maximize booked, qualified appointments and reduce no-shows
Handling inbound and outbound lead follow-up to convert prospects into appointments and issued policies
Conducting high-volume outbound dialing, cold outreach, and reactivation campaigns
Managing CRM data, pipeline tracking, and documentation to ensure no opportunity is missed
Supporting client communication via calls, email, and virtual meetings from first contact through policy issuance
Optimizing the book of business by tracking persistency, chargebacks, callbacks, policy reviews, and follow-ups
Performance is measured by sales outcomes—appointments booked, follow-up execution, pipeline movement, and persistency support—rather than simple task completion.
