When Life Slows Down

I am an 18 year old kid who has lived with Long Covid and POTS for 2 years that has stripped my life apart. This isn’t medical advice, it’s a real-life insight from someone who's been there. I created this to help others feel understood, supported, and less alone. This page is something I wish I had access to at the start of my journey battling these illnesses.
