Customer service tickets are useless to them. I got charged 2 times and they didn’t do nothing about it.
Was a member for a long time until I found out I was paying double on 2 accounts and they denied a refund even when I was paying 75 twice every month.
Terrible customer service. Banned me right away, when I requested a refund for the $75 due to me not able to use it they refused to refund. Now I have to dispute with bank because they wont refund and will not give any support. 0/10 recommendation.
