“Why are you training so much” the average person will never understand.

You know what you have to do, you know it’s uncomfortable. The brain will tell you to skip the workout, skip the run, it doesn’t like to be stressed out. You have to tell it “it’s just what we do now”

The PFT/CFT Dominance System holiday promo is officially open from now through July 5 at 12:00 PM.

If you’ve been knowing you need a better system for your PFT/test prep instead of guessing, restarting, or piecing things together, this is your window.

Inside PFT/CFT Dominance System, the goal is simple: help you train with structure, improve performance, and stop leaving your score up to chance.

If this sounds like you, this is for you:

  • you’re tired of inconsistent prep

  • you want a real plan instead of random workouts

  • you know your current score doesn’t reflect what you’re capable of

  • you want to go into test day more prepared and more confident

What to do now:

  • use the promo code

  • hit the checkout link

  • if you have a question before joining, DM me and I’ll help you figure out if it’s the right fit

Promo window closes July 5 at 12:00 PM. Don’t wait until the last second.

You can not care about the opinions of others, worry about yourself.

Gotta take your feelings out of the equation. Be a robot and just do it.

I could give you the blueprint, the work still needs to be done for the results to happen.

One of the hardest things about running is getting yourself to actually do the run.

Here is my golden advice (I am a 2x marathon (42kms) finisher). The best time to run is in the morning. Train yourself to put your running shoes where you can see them as soon as you wake up. Put them on and head out within the first 20 minutes of waking up. If you tell yourself you will run in the evening, your mind has the whole day to convince you to go for happy hour instead....

You will not find your answer on google. You have you go through suffering to find the answer.

Average people do things that are easy.
