How you get your files

After you pay, access is added to your account automatically. Open the Files section of your purchase (STL Downloads for the pack, Single STL Download for the single model) and download directly. No need to message us.

Good to know

The support session is not included with STL products. Each product is sold on its own, and the pack and the single file do not unlock each other.
