How file delivery works

After a successful payment, you get automatic access inside this Whop. Open the Files experience on the product you bought and download directly. You do not need to message us to receive files, and we do not email files by hand.

• Pack buyers use STL Downloads

• Single STL buyers use Single STL Download

Printer support is separate

1-Hour 3D Printer Support is its own product. It is not included with the STL Pack or the single STL. The session covers setup, slicing, calibration, first layer, print quality, extrusion, bed leveling, and common print failures. It is one session of up to 60 minutes, not unlimited or lifetime support.
