LayerNest sells print-ready STL files for desk and home organizers, plus a separate 1-hour 3D printer support session.

What you can buy

• Desk Essentials STL Pack: a one-time digital pack of print-ready files (cable clip, hexagonal pen cup, phone stand, headphone hook). After payment, open STL Downloads and download the files in Whop. Access is automatic. You do not need to message us to receive the files.

• Hex Planter — Print-Ready STL: a single digital STL, sold separately from the pack. After payment, open Single STL Download and download that file in Whop. This purchase does not include the full pack.

• 1-Hour 3D Printer Support: one online troubleshooting session of up to 60 minutes. This is a separate product. It is not included with either STL purchase.

How file access works

Pay once by card. Whop grants access to the product you bought. Open the Files experience on that product and download there. No email attachment. No manual send.

What is not included

STL products do not include printer support. The support session does not include STL files. The pack and the single Hex Planter are separate products.

If a print fails after you buy files, book the support session separately. That session is one appointment of up to 60 minutes, not lifetime or unlimited support.
