PrintCrate sells print-ready STL files for home FDM printers, plus a separate 1-hour online printer troubleshooting session.

What you can buy

• Autumn Decor STL Pack is the file product. After checkout, open STL Downloads to get the models. Use Print Guides for print settings and Printer Chat if you have a question about a file.

• 1-Hour 3D Printer Support is a different product. It is one online session of up to 60 minutes. It is not included with the STL pack.

How downloads work

Buy the STL pack once. You keep access to the files in that product. Go to STL Downloads, grab the models, and slice them for your machine (Ender, Prusa, Bambu, Klipper, and similar FDM beds).

Printer support is optional and sold on its own page. Buying files does not book a support session.

PrintCrate has two products. They are sold separately.
