Online Yoga - a journey to harmony
β¨Letβs practice together! During 1h15 min twice a week I will guide you through a traditional Yoga session, including all the aspects yoga embraces: movement, breath, stillness, and philosophy. My classes are for all levels. π€ It is rather a slow flow, where we stay longer in the asanas and embrace their depth. Allowing body and breath to soften, open, and guide us inward.
