Everyone overcomplicates starting a business.

Here are 3 businesses I've personally built or helped people build starting with literally nothing:

1. Service arbitrage

Find a local business that needs something done (social media, cleaning, bookkeeping). Charge them. Then pay someone less to do it. You're now a business owner with zero skills required — just the ability to talk to people and coordinate.

2. Digital product flipping

Learn one skill in 7 days (Canva, basic video editing, email copywriting). Make a template pack. Sell it for $10-$25. You only need 4-10 sales to prove the model works. Scale from there.

3. Reselling with zero inventory

Facebook Marketplace + thrift stores. Buy something for $5, list it for $25. I know people doing $3K-$5K/month just flipping items they find on clearance racks.

The key is STARTING. Not planning. Not researching for 6 months. Not waiting for the "right time."

I went from sleeping on a couch to building multiple businesses doing over $1M combined. The first step was the hardest — everything after that was just momentum.
