The real reason you can't stick to anything (and the fix)

I spent years starting things and never finishing them.

New workout plan? Two weeks max. Wake up early? Maybe 3 days. Read every day? Bought the book, never opened it.

The problem wasn't motivation. I had plenty of that — at 2 AM when I was planning my "new life." The problem was I had zero systems.

Here's what actually changed everything for me:

1. I stopped setting goals and started setting non-negotiables.

Goals are wishes. Non-negotiables are laws. "I want to work out" became "I work out at 6 AM, no exceptions." The language shift matters more than you think.

2. I made failure expensive.

I told my friend: if I miss a workout, I Venmo you $50. Guess how many I missed? Zero. Accountability with consequences > accountability without.

3. I designed my environment instead of relying on willpower.

Phone charges in the kitchen. Gym clothes laid out the night before. Junk food out of the house. I made the right choice the easy choice.

4. I tracked the streak, not the result.

I didn't care if my workout was "good." I cared that I showed up. 30 days of showing up, no matter how imperfect, beats 3 days of perfection followed by quitting.

I built the 30-Day Discipline Reset around these exact principles. It's a daily program that walks you through rewiring your habits from scratch — from auditing where you are, to building morning routines, killing distractions, stress-testing your discipline, and locking it in for life.

If you're tired of being the guy who "starts Monday," this is for you.

Welcome to the 30-Day Discipline Reset

You're here because you're tired of being inconsistent. Good. That's the first step.

Here's how this works:

  1. Start the course — go to the Courses tab. Lessons unlock over 30 days so you can't skip ahead. Trust the process.

  2. Show up in chat — post your daily wins, your struggles, your targets. This community is your accountability system.

  3. Do the work — every lesson has an assignment. Reading isn't enough. You need to execute.

The rules are simple:

  • Say what you'll do. Do what you said.

  • Never miss twice.

  • Be honest with yourself and this group.

You paid for this because you want to change. Now prove it.

Let's go. 💪
