The one thing that has come up consistently: most people are far more capable than they believe. The gap between where they are and where they want to be isn't skill — it's clarity.

They don't know what they actually want. Or they know, but they've talked themselves out of it. Or they're waiting for permission from someone who's never going to give it.

I've seen this in newsrooms, in corporate documentation teams, in international business. The same pattern, different costumes.

What actually changes it isn't another book, another course, or another motivational reel. It's honest conversation — someone asking the right questions and refusing to accept vague answers.
