  • Didn’t realise how snappy I’d gotten until I started sleeping a bit better. I’m still tired (obvs) but this challenge helped me stop treating sleep like a luxury. Even a small shift made me feel more like me again.

  • I was going to bed feeling wired and then scrolling myself into a coma. This helped me build a little wind-down routine that didn’t feel like another job. My brain’s actually calmer at night now.

  • I’ve heard a million sleep tips before but none of them felt doable with kids. This one actually got it. Simple, short, and stuff I could stick with even on the rough nights. Didn’t feel like a fail if the baby woke up either, which I loved.

  • I was so used to waking up tired and reaching straight for coffee. By like Day 4, I didn’t need it as badly — I was actually sleeping deeper and waking up a bit clearer. Didn’t expect much from this but it really helped.
