House Soft Wash
$389
Siding washed at low pressure, algae treated at the root.
The green on north-facing siding is algae, and blasting it off leaves the roots to grow back in months. A soft wash puts a mild solution on the whole face, lets it work, and rinses at garden-hose pressure — the algae dies rather than hides, and the finish, caulk and screens are never at risk.
