I want to remind you of something before you start your day.

Most people don't fail in real estate because they aren't smart enough. They fail because they quit before the results have a chance to show up.

Every deal you've ever heard me talk about started with a simple conversation. One phone call. One text. One follow-up. One offer.

Success in this business isn't built on motivation—it's built on consistency.

Today, I want you to focus on what you can control:

• Watch trainings

• Make the calls.

• Send the texts.

• Follow up with old leads.

• Analyze properties.

• Make offers.

Don't worry about whether someone says yes today. Your job is to plant seeds. Some seeds grow tomorrow, some next month, and some six months from now. But they only grow if you plant them.

Stop comparing your Chapter 1 to someone else's Chapter 20. The investors closing multiple deals each month were once exactly where you are. The only difference is they refused to stop.

Remember this:

You don't need 100 deals to change your life. You need one.

That one deal can pay off debt.
That one deal can replace months of income.
