This drill demonstrates one of the hardest moves to defend which is a sidestep 3 in transition while the defense is scrambling to get back!! This drill gets you in a shooting rythym while simultaneously creating space. Do 1 min to the left and 1 min to the right. Track your makes and try to improve every time out!!!
