3 Things Most Day Traders Get Wrong About Options
Been trading options for years and I see the same mistakes over and over. Quick breakdown:
1. Chasing weeklies on meme stocks. The premiums look cheap, the potential looks massive, and your account goes to zero. If you're buying weeklies, you need to be right on direction AND timing. That's two coin flips.
2. No exit plan before entry. Every trade I take has a target and a stop before I click buy. If you're figuring out your exit while staring at a red candle, you've already lost.
