QMS Lifecycle Explainer

Most people working in regulated industries have never been shown how quality management actually works or how their role connects to it. This deck provides a clear guide to the QMS lifecycle for anyone in pharma, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements or distribution.

Stop writing CAPAs that say “human error”

If the root cause is “human error,” the CAPA is not done.

Auditors read that as: we did not look. The operator is almost never the system. Ask what made the error cheap, likely, or invisible.

Three checks before you close:

  1. Could a trained person still make this mistake with the current SOP, form, and time pressure?

  2. Is the corrective action a training slide, or a change to the process that produced the deviation?

  3. Can you name the signal that will tell you it happened again — before the next audit does?

A usable CAPA names the process gap, the change, the owner, and the evidence. If you cannot point to those four, keep investigating.
