Welcome to ADHD.dev 🧠⚔

Welcome to the community.

You're here because your brain works differently — and that's exactly why you belong here.

Here's how to get started:

  1. Drop an intro in the Introductions channel — who you are, what you're building, your go-to game, and what kind of ADHD chaos you specialize in

  2. Jump into General Chat — this is where the daily conversations happen. No small talk required, just show up

  3. Gaming channel — drop your tags. We run CS2, Valorant, League, and whatever else people are down for

If you're in the Inner Circle ($49/mo):

  • Accountability Pods — get matched with a small group for weekly check-ins

  • Job Referrals — direct connections to startups hiring ADHD-friendly talent

  • Startup Network — founders and hiring managers who get it

The whole point of this community is that we see your potential even when the traditional job market doesn't. Let's get you where you deserve to be.

29% of high-performance tech teams are ADHD. Here's why nobody talks about it.

There's a stat that keeps coming up in research: roughly 29-30% of people in high-performance tech environments have ADHD.

Not diagnosed. Not accommodated. Just... quietly outperforming in the right conditions and struggling everywhere else.

Think about it. The kid who couldn't sit through a lecture but reverse-engineered an entire game engine at 14. The person who bombs every whiteboard interview but ships production code in their sleep. The ex-Radiant Valorant player who has insane pattern recognition and reaction time but can't get past an ATS filter because their GPA was 2.7.

The traditional hiring pipeline was not built for us. Credentials, cover letters, behavioral interviews — it's all optimized for neurotypical consistency. And that filters out an enormous pool of raw technical talent.

I started ADHD.dev because I kept seeing the same pattern: incredibly capable ADHD programmers who just needed the right environment, the right people, and someone to vouch for them.

We're building a network where:

  • You get seen for what you can actually do, not what your resume says

  • Accountability structures that work with ADHD brains, not against them

  • Direct connections to startups that value execution over credentials

  • A community of people who actually understand the hyperfocus → burnout → reinvention cycle

If you're in CS, software engineering, or building anything technical — and your brain doesn't fit the mold — this is your spot.

We're not trying to fix you. We're trying to put you in rooms where you don't need fixing.
