There was a time when I felt so lost and confused. I had started my own business, then I was able to legally form and incorporate an LLC to work with. It looked like I was doing everything required and yet something still felt off.

This was the first and most valuable lesson I have learned so far. You always start somewhere but you rarely stay there. As you go you evolve, you change, you adjust, until one day it feels perfect, for you. Is in that moment, when you finally reach the final version of your vision.

But getting there takes time and there's a lot that happens in between. During that transition is when I felt most confused. Based on my own personal experience through the entrepreneurial journey I built this free Growth Assessment to help others find the clarity I wish somebody gave me.

If you are founder or a small business owner already and feel like you are doing everything right, but you don't see the growth you expect to have, take the test. It might actually help you and it only cost you 3 minutes of your time.

What do you think is your biggest bottleneck for growth today?

Profile picture

As the problem solver I have always been, I have been able to identify the main bottlenecks all founders and small business owners face when trying to grow and scale.

  • Leads: some people can't get in front of the right people constantly, but others can easily do it. The last group get the leads, but if those don't convert right away, are forgotten, lost or just send to die. Both issues can also happen at the same time.

  • Marketing: people start paying for marketing too early in the game. If you haven't stablished some signal about who you are and what you do, marketing will have a difficult time finding the right people, as it doesn't have any data to learn from. Also if the lead system is broken, marketing will become just an expensive way of losing money fast.

  • Data: people almost never focus on tracking their data and this cost them a lot in the long term. When you can track the activity, engament, client aqcuisition, customer journey from the beginning, you can start growing faster, because you can make informed and strategic decisions.

So once your business is running, make sure to know where are the prospects coming from, how are they being managed, who is becoming a client and track all your metrics, even if you don't have a website, all platforms have metrics than can tell you a lot about what you should be doing next.

You can also take 3 minutes of your time and complete the Free Growth Assesment to learn exactly what is your biggest bottleneck. It's free, it's a great start and can help you make the next move.

May you all start a very productive and prosperous week!

One of the biggest mistakes most founders do, is believing that they have a lead generation problem. Sometimes they do. But most of the times that is not their problem at all. Is how they manage the leads they already have.

I've worked with a lot of businesses that were paying good amounts to generate leads daily. But when I tried to undesrtand what happened to the ones that didn't buy or close right away, they were clueless.

Not all leads are ready to convert right away. So if your system only focus on whatever is hot and there isn't a clear structure to manage the ones that are warm or cold, you are not only losing opportunity but money.

Sometimes the fastest way to growth isn't generating more leads,i t's building a better system to properly manage and track all the ones you already have. Most of the times, this doesn't require spending another dollar on advertising. It just requires a better workflow to make sure opportunities don't quietly fall through the cracks.

If you're not sure whether your biggest bottleneck is generating leads or managing the ones you already have, I built a free Founder's Growth Assessment that can help you figure it out.

When was the last time you looked at what happened to the leads that didn't buy?

Every founder I have ever spoken with, has come to me with the same question: Why isn't my business growing? They always feel that they are doing everything they are suppose to do to make it happen, and most of the times they actually are.

The difficulty of growing doesn't come from lack of effort or quality, but rather from broken workflows, disconnected pieces and maybe even leaking pipelines. The real issue behind this unsuccessful pursue of growth, is that it produces exhausted founders, with a clouded vision, acting from survival instincts. Not the best place to be if you really want to grow.

That's why I created the Founders Growth Assesment, totally free, takes two minutes to do it and it could give you a very good starting point to find the clarity you might need. You can try it here: and if you do, please let me know your feedback!

Have you ever wondered why isn't your business growing?

As the problem solver that I am, I find it shocking to see, when founders come to me completely desperate because they feel they are to blame for their business success.

These past few weeks, a lot of people, not just founders, have come to me asking me why did my ads campaign suddenly stopped working? What did I do? we were getting some results and now nothing.

After the first 5, recognizing the pattern wasn't difficult. When everybody is having the same issue, at the same time, most likely the tool is to blame for it not the execution.

As a founder, your job is to understand your business, not every technical change happening behind the software you rely on every day. But sometimes those changes happen without warning, and they directly affect your results.

That's exactly what happened here. Google changed the way websites need to collect and report data. Suddenly, campaigns that had been working for months looked like they had stopped performing, when in reality the data was no longer being measured correctly.

It's understandable, that many founders start from a place where resources are limited, but it's also true that, sometimes, things fall completely out of their scope and not being prepared to manage those shortfalls can really end up hurting a business, sometime beyond repair.

Have you ever blamed yourself for a problem that turned out to be completely outside your control?

Did your Google Ads suddenly stop reporting conversions over the past few weeks? I'd love to know if you experienced the same thing.

I have talked to a lot of founders and I've learned from those conversations that they are always thinking they have one specific issue that is not letting them grow, but usually after we analyze everything we realize this person has been wrong all along.

Usually, once you start a business, it takes off and you start producing leads and sales, you have a validated model that is most likely to make it. However, almost always, each of these business hit a wall at some point where grow just starts stalling.

After helping a lot of people figure this out, I have created the Founders Growth Assessment, a simple and easy questionnaire meant to give you some clarity and show you where you stand currently in the path of growth.

It takes 2 minutes to answer and it is your first step into discovering what you need to make your business grow.

What do you think is making your business growth stall?

Hi! My name is Anna, welcome to this community created for founders, entrepreneurs, solopreneurs, mompreneurs and freelancers who are trying to build something meaningful.

I built a business from scratch with no funding, no team, and no network.

From Colombia. In English. Serving US clients.

People told me to niche down, pick one service, find one industry.

I couldn't. Because the founders I wanted to help don't have one problem. They have everything disconnected at once. Their website isn't talking to their marketing. Their marketing isn't feeding their systems. Their systems aren't built for scale.

Fixing one thing never worked. Fixing everything together always did.

That's what AEIVERSE is. One person who looks at your whole business and connects the dots.
If you're a founder who's working hard but something keeps not clicking, I'd love to connect.

What's the one thing in your business that feels like it should work better than it does?

The #1 reason small businesses stay stuck (and how AI fixes it)

Most small businesses don't have a strategy problem. They have a structure problem.

You've got the skills. You've got the hustle. But you're doing everything manually — posting on social media without a plan, building funnels that don't convert, spending hours on tasks AI could handle in minutes.

I've worked with dozens of entrepreneurs and solopreneurs over the past year, and the pattern is always the same:

They don't need more information. They need the right system.

Here's what I mean:

  1. Instagram isn't broken — your approach is. The algorithm rewards consistency and engagement patterns, not just posting more. Once you understand the actual mechanics, growth becomes predictable.

  1. Your funnel doesn't need to be a website. Some of my most successful clients use a combination of DMs, simple landing pages, and automated follow-ups. The tool doesn't matter — the flow does.

  1. AI isn't replacing you — it's multiplying you. The entrepreneurs winning right now are using AI to handle research, content drafts, client onboarding, and follow-ups while they focus on the work that actually needs a human touch.

The difference between a struggling solopreneur and a thriving one usually isn't talent or budget. It's having someone look at your business from the outside and say "here's exactly what needs to change."

That's what I do at AEIVERSE. Free discovery call, real diagnosis, actionable plan.

If you're a small business owner, solopreneur, or mompreneur who knows your business could be more but can't figure out the next move — let's talk.
