The 90-minute after-work stack that actually prints

Most people with a day job don't have a money problem. They have a 7pm problem.

They get home, open their phone, and tell themselves they'll start this weekend. Weekend comes. They rest. Monday they hate themselves. Repeat for two years.

Here's the stack. 90 minutes. No extra apps.

10 minutes — close the shift. Change clothes. Water. Phone in another room. If you sit down in the same clothes you commuted in, you will scroll.

60 minutes — one money task. Not three. One. Outreach, product, content, whatever can actually get paid this week. If it can't make money, it doesn't count.

20 minutes — log one sentence. What you did. That's it. People who don't write it down pretend they worked.

The ones who get out of the 9-5 don't grind until 2am. They protect 90 minutes like a second shift.

If you can't do 90, do 45. If you skip two nights in a row, you're not tired — you're negotiating.
