Stop overpaying for freight — and stop working with brokers who disappear

If you're a shipper, you already know the pain:

  • You get a great rate quote, then the carrier no-shows

  • Your broker goes silent the second something goes wrong

  • Hidden fees show up on the invoice that weren't in the original quote

  • You're stuck refreshing load boards hoping someone picks up your freight

It doesn't have to be this way.

At Otto Freight, we do things differently:

Transparent pricing. The rate we quote is the rate you pay. No accessorial surprises, no last-minute upcharges.

Real-time communication. You'll always know where your load is, who's hauling it, and when it's arriving. We don't go dark.

Vetted carrier network. We work with carriers we know and trust — not random trucks off a board.

Spot and contract. Whether you need a one-off emergency pickup or consistent weekly capacity, we've got you covered.

We handle FTL, LTL, flatbed, reefer, and specialized freight across the US.

Ready to ship smarter? Sign up for free and drop your first load details in our quote chat. No commitment, no pressure — just better freight service.

Why most logistics companies are invisible online (and how to fix it)

I've spent years in 3PL, freight, and met coal mining/export. Here's what I've noticed: the companies moving millions in product have the worst digital presence on the planet.

No website. No ad strategy. A logo from 2008. Meanwhile, a kid selling stickers on Etsy has better branding than a company hauling 40,000 lbs of freight.

The problem isn't that logistics companies don't need marketing — it's that most agencies don't understand the industry. They'll build you a pretty website that says nothing to your actual customers.

Here's what actually moves the needle for industrial businesses:

1. A website that speaks trucker, not tech bro. Your customers are fleet managers, warehouse operators, and procurement leads. They want load capacity, coverage areas, and a phone number — not animated gradients.

2. Targeted ads to the right buyers. LinkedIn and industry-specific platforms crush it for B2B logistics. Most agencies waste your budget on Instagram.

3. Data entry and ops that don't leak money. If your team is still doing rate quotes in spreadsheets, you're leaving margin on the table.

The Otto Organization exists because this gap shouldn't exist. We build websites, run ads, and handle the digital ops that logistics and industrial companies actually need — because we've been in the industry ourselves.
